Guarantee

All of our reptiles are healthy, vigorous and voluntarily feeding at the time of delivery. We guarantee your satisfaction with any reptile purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will replace the animal (dependent on availability) or credit your account for the original price. We value our customers and request that you contact us within five days if there is a problem. Care sheets are available for most animals on request

Shipping

We are a Certified Fedex Shipper for live reptiles. We use the Fedex Priority Overnight Service. All of our packages are delivered directly to the airport. We use styrofoam insulated boxes and ship with "hot" or "cold" packs as deemed necessary. If your animal arrives dead or in poor condition we may request digital photographs prior to replacing the loss, reimbursement or crediting your account. Shipping is at our discreation and may be postponed due to delays in air traffic or extream temperatures.
